Eli Reeves Cabin at Hobbyknob farm

This two story log cabin was originally built in 1820 by Eli Reeves, an Indiana furniture maker. In the fall of 2015 it was moved log by log to our farm and was restored to feel like you stepped back in time but with very special touches. If these logs could talk! The first word most guests say is "wow" and we worked hard to earn that. We set out to create something special that would stand out to share with guests. Come experience this piece of history and make some memories of your own.

Just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville, the famous Biltmore Estate, and craft breweries galore! The Blue Ridge Parkway is 7 minutes away, offering beautiful scenery, waterfalls, and wildlife. Lots of hiking, jogging, and biking trails. Warren Wilson College is within two miles. Perfect location any time of the year!
