Die Villa wurde 2023 renoviert und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer auf derselben Etage. Ein drittes Badezimmer mit Außendusche befindet sich auf der großen Dachterrasse. Dank ihrer Lage ist die Terrasse bis spät in den Tag hinein sonnig. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum und eine überdachte Garage.
