A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. Exklusive Wohneinheit, ideal für Sportbegeisterte

Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

Il b&b è aperto a tutti. Vegani e non vegani. É un monolocale indipendente con bagno e angolo cottura. Nel rispetto degli animali tutti gli spazi sono cruelty free. Niente piume d'oca e i prodotti per le pulizie non sono testati sugli animali. La colazione è autonoma. Nel monolocale troverete i prodotti per la colazione e anche prodotti di base per cucinare. Dal Gheppio - Oasi con Vista, Albettone

La struttura sorge in una posizione collinare all’interno dei territori delle ville di Andrea Palladio. Da qui si può facilmente ammirare in tutta la sua bellezza il volo del gheppio nella vallata antistante, che ha ispirato il nome dell’alloggio. L’alloggio è uno spazio open space comprensivo di zona giorno e zona notte con bagno privato dotato di una doccia idromassaggio. L’ingresso all’alloggio è indipendente a partire dal parcheggio privato in condivisione.

Monolocale con giardino e terrazza vista colli

Casa del 1700 in sasso appena ristrutturata. Vista mozzafiato sulle colline circostanti e sull'intera valle. A 3 minuti di macchina dal paese (Langhirano) dotato di tutti i servizi (bar, ristoranti, supermercati ect..). Silenziosa ed immersa nel verde. 20 km da Parma. Parcheggio gratuito in loco. Il vostro alloggio si trova nella stessa struttura della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio e il giardino sono invece condivisi ;)

Studio, sauna privé, piscine "the Bear Loft"

Le studio que je vous propose est situé à l'arrière de la maison principale. Entrée indépendante et une boite à clé vous attend pour une parfaite autonomie. Espace coin séjour -chambre décoré avec soin ainsi que le sauna. A côté, nous avons créé une seule pièce qui accueille la salle d'eau et la kitchenette, alors ne soyez pas surpris 😃. Petite terrasse extérieur avec vue sur la vallée. Logement au calme , nature, bois, parking à coté du studio.

A beautiful lounge with paintings, objects and furniture from the 18th century will take you back in time. The view is one of the most beautiful in Venice, from the windows you can admire the Accademia bridge and the galleries, and the splendid Palaces of this part of the Grand Canal.
