Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Die Wohnung wurde 2019 total renoviert. Alle Böden sind aus Massivholz. Das mit Mosaikplättli ausgestattete Bad verfügt über eine Dusche, WC und Lavabo. Die Wände und Decken sind vorwiegend in weiss gehalten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für Familien. Das Haus liegt an einer Sackgasse und es ist sehr ruhig.
