House is located on a hill with spectacular views of the sea and surrounding islands, where you can enjoy in privacy and peace on the spacious covered terrace. . House is ideal for family of 4 or couples and consists of kitchen, living room, extra sofa, bedroom, additional bed, bathroom,fireplace and parking place. The house own a water tank and has solar energy system which requires a carfull usage .

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.
