Interesting for charming atmosphere and for its proximity to restaurants, museums, cultural attractions and activities to the familiars, nightclubs and public transports. L'appartamento (120mq) include 2 grandi camere da letto (con due letti ciascuna), due bagni indipendenti, una cucina abitabile, sala da pranzo e un grande soggiorno. Compreso di finestre vista parco con balcone al patio interno. Permettiamo anche di utilizzare il garage interno, che si trova nel sottosuolo del edificio, per una macchina mediana.

Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.
