The orientation is north and is located in the quiet part of town, surrounded by residential buildings. From the center it is 10-15 minutes walk away, a pleasant walk along the road, or a 5 minute car ride. City beaches are 10 minutes away on foot, or 4-5 minutes by car (Bacvice, Firule, Žnjan). Public parking near the apartments is free of charge. The city bus station is 100m away. In the neighborhood there are ATMs, bakers, shops, laundry facilities, pizzeria, café with terrace. Apartment has it's own acces, paved yard in the front. I live nearby, so I'm availible when needed. The apartment is tucked away in a quiet part of town, a short, pleasant stroll from the city center with Bacvice, Firule, Žnjan beaches a short walk or drive away.
