This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Das 1-Zimmer-Appartement mit Klimaanlage, liegt im Erdgeschoss und es ist gemütlich und klein (ca. 20 qm), funktionell eingerichtet, für max. 2 Personen! Das Studio wurde im Frühjahr 2023 umfangreich renoviert und ist einfach, aber mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Es ist ruhig gelegen und über einen separaten Eingang (mit kleiner Terrasse) im rückwärtigen Garten unseres Ferienhauses zu erreichen. Der Freisitz und die Liegen stehen den Apartment-Gästen zum Essen und Relaxen zur Verfügung.

Kuća ima poseban ulaz a odmah pokraj ulaza i svoje parkiralište.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
