The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Accomodation in villa in Ciampino, near Rome, in central and quiet area, 1.3 km from the train station, with frequent connections to the center of Rome and the airport. Composed of living room with kitchen, TV and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom. A pergola, with table and chairs, is dedicated to guests. Parking is free and available on the street. Tourist tax of 1,50 euro per day per person, to be paid cash at the arrival (for details see the Rules of the House). Free WI-FI.

The residence I'm offering is new, very bright, tastefully decorated and well furnished. It's located near San Giovanni in Laterano and is perfectly connected with downtown Rome, Colosseo, airports and train stations. The metro "A" stop of Piazza Re di Roma is a 5 minutes walk and right in front of the apartment there is a bus stop 85, they both take downtown. In the surrounding areas there are markets, restaurants, bar, gelato shops and many other shopping stores.

The apartment is located in Monti, the oldest neighbourhood of Rome. It is very near to Coliseum and to Imperial Forum (about 200 meters). You can get there easily from Central Railways Station (Stazione Termini) in few minutes or you will spend less of one hour from Fiumicino or Ciampino airport (by train, taxi or bus) . It is suitable for couples, friends, families with children and for business trips.
