Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Parkplätze in Doppelgarage.

Moderne und geräumige Wohnung in Zadar (ca. 120 m2). Sie haben ein komplettes Erdgeschoss des Hauses mit Ihrem privaten Pool (Größe 8x4 m). Großer Garten mit Grill, 3 Parkplätzen und Ihrem privaten Eingang. Die Unterkunft ist eher wie ein Ferienhaus, da es die einzige Wohnung ist, die im Haus gemietet werden kann. Das nächste Geschäft, die Kaffeebar und der Markt sind 200 m entfernt. Die Strände, das Museum und die Altstadt sind ca. 2,5 km von der Wohnung entfernt.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).
