Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

Beyond Paradise - 4 Sleeper is a beautiful two-bedroomed apartment. It has unobstructed views across the Lagoon and to Saldanha Bay.
