We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. I would love to host your stay in North Merced. I want everyone to have a comfortable and safe place to stay.  With the ease of digital check-in and the ability to manage your booking through the app, you will not need to interact with anyone in person.  Of course, if you need anything, I am always a text or phone call away.  Our cleaning service is trained to properly disinfect and deep clean the house before and after your stay.  The home is fully furnished with new furniture and dishes.

Charming guesthouse in the best location in Merced. Safe and quiet acre home area close to the UC and the lake. Recently renovated this cute vintage inspired cottage has everything you need to relax and cook a great dinner at home. There is a little outdoor seating area to unwind at night and it is very quiet and peaceful. All new appliances and renovation make this little cottage super clean. This is a NO smoking property. There is no smoking on premise. We do not accept local stays.
