The kitchen is well equipped and leads out to an outdoor balcony with views. The cosy living room offers plenty of seating, Smart TV and a fire.

Spencer House - a House of York holiday home is a stylish townhouse with a sunny courtyard. It sleeps up to 6 and is just a 5 min walk into central York. We are also pet friendly (incurs additional charge). Parking is available and we're a 10 min walk from the station. It's located just off ‘Bishy Road’ (voted Britain’s best high street) with independent shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes & delis. You can also rent the 2 houses next door (109 and 107 Nunnery Lane allowing bookings of up to 18).

Only a few mins walk from both the city walls and University, local amenities include a 24-hour Marks & Spencer, supermarkets, cafes, award-winning pubs, and the popular Barbican venue.
