This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. Walk the footpaths through fields & forests to valleys with streams and hilltops with views. Drive to dog friendly beaches, picnic on the sand and breathe in the sea air. Return to the dog field for afternoon tea or a glass of wine, where a bench for two in a peaceful sun trap provides panoramic views of the setting sun.

Wren's Nest is a lovingly converted 18th -century barn with a charming private garden and free on-site parking, including secure bike storage. The village has two pubs both serving tasty home cooked food and real ales.

The cottage is a Grade II listed barn conversion offering a welcoming base for your stay. Heating is provided by a biomass boiler, so very eco friendly. There is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. We are in a quiet village called East Cottingwith: a fantastic base for visiting York and touring Yorkshire. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.

The Artist's Retreat is a true get away - if you want peace, quiet & stunning views this is for you. In beautiful Nidderdale, right on the Nidderdale Way and the Way of the Roses, with Brimham Rocks within sight. Ideal as a walking/cycling base, or just for a quiet stay away from it all. With eye catching views of the large garden and surrounding countryside, inside is cosy with a wood burning stove in the sitting room, and the bedroom tucked into the upper body of the cottage.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

The End Place - A romantic hideaway for two

The End Place is a self-contained cottage adjoining Moorhouse Cottage. Downstairs is open plan, comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with wood burning stove. A glass wall ensures uninterrupted views across Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as starry-night skyscapes. Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.
