Our home is about a 10-minute drive to Penn Yan and about 30-40 minutes to Watkins Glen, Geneva or Canandaigua.

A rustic lakefront cottage on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and close to many other points of interest in the Finger Lakes. Swim in the lake, watch the sunrise every morning, and just escape the stress and noise of every day life. Please pay close attention to sleeping arrangements. There are 2 full beds and 1 futon.
