Our house is a stones throw from the beach. The harbor, Hyannis, downtown, cafes, restaurants, anywhere from 5 star dining to family-friendly dining are all in walking distance. Several family friendly activities are very close. You’ll love our place because of the walk to the family friendly beach, the ambiance, the ocean view and the neighborhood feel. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.

Summer 2026 Saturday to Saturday rentals only (7 nights) Saturday June 27 to Saturday morning September 5 2026. This 25 year old home that has all the amenities that you will need and sits a 1/2 mile from the Atlantic Ocean with a 1 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. With enough parking for 3 cars and is in a residential neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, mini golf, arcade, and 2 ice cream shops. Also a outdoor shower

Cute 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage that is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Beach is family friendly with a playground, bathroom access, and across the street from Skipper Chowder House. The cottage has AC and Heat. Fire pit in the back with a nice deck to grill on and an outdoor shower for use. House is cleaned following CDC guidelines with disinfectant on every common surface area.
