Heybeliadali marangoz Andon usta 1928 yilinda Burak Reis Sokak'ta bir ev yaptirmaya karar verir. 1930 yilinda biten evin alt kati tas, ust kati kagir yigma, tavan ve tabani ahsaptir. Andon usta uzun yillar yasamini bu evde surdurur. Vefatindan sonra uzun yillar bu evde oturan olmaz. Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Eine historische 150 Jahre alte einzigartige Holzvilla im Wald gelegen, oben auf dem Hügel, weit weg von Lärm und Stress, aber immer noch nah genug, besteht aus vier Stockwerken, jedes Stockwerk mit separatem Eingang, Apart 3 liegt im 3. Stockwerk. Der Elektrobus fährt direkt an unserer Tür vorbei, wo er gestoppt werden kann. Taxis sind auch verfügbar. Zu Fuss sind wir in 15- bis 20min. erreichbar, der Weg zum Haus ist bergauf.
