This listing is for one side of the duplex. There is a shared parking area with the permanent resident of the other side of the duplex, but otherwise this listing is completely private- no shared interiors. All guests must be at least 21 years of age, unless accompanied by parent or guardian. Named after a favorite red-tail hawk, The Hawk's Nest was the second cabin we built on the property. It has a fresh, yellow decor that is a joy to wake up to every morning with an invigorating hot tub on the back deck!
