There is a large bedroom, full bath, dining room, living room, and large kitchen on the main floor. The second-floor features 3 bedrooms and a large bath. Head up to the relaxation zone offering a tv and comfortable furnishings. The partially fenced yard offers green space, outdoor patio furniture and oversized jenga set.

Situated on on 2 large lots w/private beach & expansive views of Lake Wabasis in front, as well as private pond out back filled year-round w/wildlife. Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. It's an all-sports lake w/excellent fishing year-round.
