We have recently added Solar Power to the establishment, going green and having almost no reliance on Eskom :-). We also have 5 stage filtered water supply. Lovely rooms (with 3 other similar rooms) with en-suite bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Quiet and central neighbourhood, not far from the bustle of downtown Cape Town, and many of the fantastic Cape Town sights. *10 mins from CT Airport ($6 Uber) *12 mins from Kirstenbosch *15 mins from Cape Town V&A TV including Netflix & Disney plus.

The apartment is large, sunny, surrounded by trees, has a big balcony with views of city and mountain. 1 double room. A comfortable home with couches, books, and fibre wifi. The kitchen has gas stove, fridge and washing machine. The location is suburban but close to town, a few blocks to bus stops, trendy restaurants, parks, coffee shops. Fireplace in winter and/ or gas heater for R20 extra per day. I live downstairs, but privacy is yours. If you are bringing pets please discuss before arrival.

This studio apartment containing a queen-sized bed as well as a sleeper couch is located in a central location allowing easy access to many of Cape Town’s top attractions. The apartment is close to the International Convention Centre (a 5 minute walk) and the V & A Waterfront (a 10 minute walk). The apartment is also a 2 minute walk away from the Thibault Square MyCiti bus station & a 6 minute walk away from the Adderley Street MyCiti station. Wir haben eine kleine gemütliche Gästesuite an unser Familienhaus im oberen Woodstock angebaut und freuen uns über Gäste aus aller Welt. Wir, das sind Kent und Susanne mit unserer Tochter und Alba (10) und unserer Hündin. Unser ca. 25 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer liegt in unserem wunderschönen Garten mit Salzwasserpool und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und eine Kitchenette. Unsere Gäste lieben die Lage in Woodstock und unseren gemeinsam genutzten Garten mit Pool. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Straße.

Laundry facility available if needed. For longer stays the studio is serviced once a week with new towels and bed linen - beach towels are available for the beach lovers. Please note you have a choice of a king size bed or two single beds. Kitchenette is fully equipped minus a stove.
