Welcome to the Midtown Bungalow in Eugene! Built in 1930 and completely updated in 2018, our home features vintage styling with polished modern conveniences and artsy touches. Just a mile from U of O campus and a few blocks from downtown, our place is perfectly located for families, adventurers, and business travelers alike. Walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping, relax by the gas fire pit on the shaded patio, stream your favorite shows, and sink into the luxury bed for a good night’s sleep.

River Haven Cottage

This is a cute little cottage built in the 1930's on the Williamson River. Down river, there are trout in it for fishing, catch and release only, anyone over 12 must have a license to fish. The deck at the back of the house is partially covered. The river is also great for playing, swimming (a little cold in spring) and for kayaking. There is a kayak rental store in town. The air is usually warm, 70's & 80's, on summer afternoons. There are stairs to enter the cottage. Great place to relax.

The Shady Knoll

Relax and Unwind at this peaceful retreat. Near the Rogue River, this beautiful property is over an acre w/ lush green grass all around. Updated home w/ nice features & a notable primary bedroom&bathroom. Both rooms have work spaces & home has excellent wifi ~ 200mbps. Start your mornings with a delicious nespresso and enjoy the bird chirping outside. Outdoor oasis with comfy patio seating and outdoor dining area, backyard lights, fire pit, BBQ, and yard games. Lakefront with beautiful view across Agency Lake to the mountains surrounding Crater Lake! This upstairs apartment has one good sized bedroom, with skylights, a desk area and a flat screen TV. A full kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, glasses and silverware, plus extras. A hide-a bed sofa is in the living room, with a comfortable reading area. The bathroom has a stand up shower. Loaner kayaks in summer months, sled in winter. 30 minutes to beautiful Crater Lake park boundary.

Enjoy the world class fishing experience on the Williamson River. When turning off 97 there is a triangle reflector hanging on telephone pole.

Myrtle's Yurt

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. No phone, no tv and no internet help you get away. Your cell may or may not get coverage here. (For urgencies, wifi/landline available in my main house). Private yurt with two shared bathrooms in an outbuilding. Please note, this is CAMPING with a bed. It can be hot, it can be cold, there may be bugs, there is no electricity, and no running water in the yurt.

Lone Wolf Cabin, pet friendly

Lone Wolf Cabin is situated on a gated road in a forest setting. It is the only residence on the road. It is about 2 miles from both Oakridge and Westfir which makes it convenient for mountain bike riding, hiking, golfing and dining out. There are both Forest Service Trails and game trails near the cabin. The cabin is rustic with modern conveniences. Weekly discount is $500.00

The Shard: Steven’s Rustic A-Frame Cabin

Steven took his diamond in the rough A-frame cabin and remodeled it into the unique space that The Shard is today. He had a vision of modern convenience combined with rustic charm that is so La Pine! Outdoors you will find an acre of natural landscape surrounded by pine trees to be enjoyed from the deck. Also, a newly added paver stone parking area and privacy fencing!
