The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

The Old Calving Yard is a beautifully converted barn originally built between the wars. It is on a diversified working farm which includes recreational fishing lakes and offices in the former farm buildings. Located in Wivelsfield, equidistant from Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill, a stones throw from historic Lewes, Brighton, the coast and Glyndebourne. 35mins from Gatwick and 45mins by train to London. There are many local pubs to enjoy and endless walks on the beautiful South Downs.

The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.

This cosy flat in the heart of Lindfield (5 min walk to centre) is the perfect weekend getaway, wedding base camp or longer term holiday let. With a king sized bed, kitchen, bathroom and dining table, the flat can be used as a stop-over for the night or as a base for a weekend exploring the local area.
