A fabulous 2 bedroom barn conversion situated in a quiet rural location in a farmyard setting, which offers great privacy and spacious accommodation over one floor. Views across fields, yet close to local amenities. Plenty of outside space to enjoy. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Ample space inside and out, private garden area, bbq and parking. Games barn with table tennis, pool table and table football. Easy access to Oxford and Cheltenham and near the Cotswold Wildlife Park.

Cosy 2 Bed cottage New Yatt Farm

This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cosy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. Please note Bed 2 is quite small

Spacious surroundings and beautiful views of the sunset.

Underfloor heating ensures comfort in colder weather. Sofa-bed not made up by default, advise in advance if needed. Estelle Manor 1.5 miles, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace/Witney 5 miles, Kidlington 7 miles, Oxford 10 miles & Bicester Village is located fairly nearby. Cheltenham/Newbury Racecourses 35 miles.

Please note: This annex is part of our main residence and is available for short-term lets on an ad hoc basis
