Upstairs in the Galley bedroom you will find; a fitted wardrobe, pumped shower, chest of drawers, Super-king size bed and Shower En-suite. private garden area with seating.

The Annexe, Crick village

‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for one to four people. It has a large, light and airy main living area with a double bed and sofa bed (which can be made up to a single or double). A small but well equipped kitchen area is available, and a cosy lounge/dining area which provides flexible options during your stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Warwick Castle is a short drive away, and Kenilworth Castle is even closer. Close by is Regency Royal Leamington Spa, as are world-renown Coventry Cathedrals both old and new. The Old Coach House has been rebuilt in 2019 and has been fitted to a high standard for our guests. The accommodation offers everything you could need for a break. Although situated in the main street in Polesworth it is quiet due to the additional insulation in both walls and glazing. The accommodation is situated ideally to explore the Midlands and is not far from Drayton Manor Themepark. Cleaned weekly by professional cleaners - more frequent cleans can be arranged.
