This spacious home is the perfect retreat for up to 7 people, with an additional sofa bed in the downstairs games room that can comfortably accommodate 1 adult or 2 children. Our house is an ideal choice for family gatherings, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for everyone to enjoy Our house is just a 5-minute walk from the beach or town centre where, you'll find charming local pubs, arcades, restaurants and fish & chip shops

The Shepherds Retreat - Hot Tub Farm Stay!

The Shepherds Retreat is a luxury shepherds hut in East Yorkshire, set in a 13 acre field surrounded by the resident flock of sheep at our family farm. The hut is a self contained hideaway with fitted kitchen, dining/lounge with log burner, bathroom and bedroom. Outside is a wood fired hot tub boasting uninterrupted views over the East Yorkshire countryside. Patrington has countless amenities on the doorstep from butchers, bakers, shops and pubs. Beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive.

The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. A small village getaway for a relaxing break. Historic church and local amenities nearby. Perfect for a peaceful holiday. The property is newly renovated - hence the name. It used to be our shed! There is one room downstairs with a double sofa bed and a mini kitchen with combination microwave, fridge and two ring hob. Upstairs has a cosy attic style bedroom with a large Velux window. The ensuite bathroom has powerful shower. Guests have access to hosts BBQ in summer by arrangement.
