Es ist ein offener Grundriss – Studio-Typ. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche + ein Badezimmer mit einem geräumigen Nassbereich. Luxus-Bettwäsche + umweltfreundliche Grundausstattung. Direkt neben dem Campus der University of Louisiana in Monroe und direkt die Auffahrt hinunter von unserem schönen Dock entfernt. Es verfügt über ein KING-Size-Bett und ein EINZELBETT/Couch.

Du wirst deine gemütliche 1 Schlafzimmer mit Flachbild-TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney + und andere Streaming-Dienste) genießen und du hast auch Zugang zu einem Viertel Court Indoor-Basketballplatz & gemeinsamem Hallenbad mit einziehbarem Dach. Der Poolbereich und die hintere Terrasse verfügen über Sitzgelegenheiten und bieten Zugang zu einem Grill und einer Feuerstelle.

Peaceful Getaway in the country, 15 min from Winnsboro. Right off main hwy, 3 minutes to grocery store, 20 min to Walmart, 1 hr to META Site, between Monroe, LA & Natchez, MS - both 1 hour away. Great to visit & come back to a tranquil setting away from the city noise. 20 minutes from fishing! Apartment is attached to our home. It has private entrance. WI-FI & Smart TV, no cable. We provide kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. Remain secluded or visit! Our dogs are a guest favorite!

The Watermark Inn

This place also has covered parking.
