An idyllic countryside retreat in an old Montenegro peasant stone house, facing a vineyard, surrounded by pomegranates and fig trees, and with a great view on the mountains. This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

3-4 minutes drive to get to Old Town Kotor, or 20-minute of walking. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the coast is a 8-minute walk away. Free parking spaces in front of the building. The possibility of organizing car rental or transportation from and to the apartment, upon request. Breathtaking and modern place offers fabulous view of the stunning Bay of Kotor right from the comfortable terrace where our guests enjoy spending most of their holiday.

Mitten in der pittoresken Altstadt des Welterbes Kotor liegt dieses Juwel von einer Wohnung. 54 Stufen müssen erklommen werden aber dafür wird man mit einem unvergesslichen Ausblick über die Dächer von Kotor, die umliegenden Berge und den Fjord mehr als belohnt. Ganz zu schweigen von dem eigenen kleinen Gärtchen mit Terrasse über den Dächern der Altstadt.
