The Casita has its own separate entrance for our guests to come and go as they please. We offer our driveway to our guests that have vehicles. A separate entrance to the casita is for our guests where there is a lovely outdoor patio table and chairs for their use. We love to give our guests privacy and prefer text if they have any questions. However, we are on site if any assistance is required. Stroll just 15 minutes to the the Mueller District, for restaurants and shops, as well as Dell Children's Medical Center and Bartholomew Pool. For Downtown or for the University of Texas, it's an easy 15 minute drive..

The perfect spot for exploring Austin, we are located only a few miles from campus and downtown in one direction and the Domain/Austin FC stadium in the other. Alternatively, you can walk a block to the 1950s shopping center for the best pizza in town at Little Deli or head the other way for a drink at Lala's. If you wish to stay in, the apartment has a bedroom with king-size bed, living room with projector, kitchenette, laundry, and WiFi. No check-out chores here - we take care of everything!

We lovingly call this guest house the doll house for its cute facade. It is located in our beautiful backyard, has its own keyless entry, is peacefully off the street, and beautiful natural light filters into the space throughout the day. The space is also designed with the traveler in mind, so its cozy, has a very comfortable queen size bed with lots of pillows, and full kitchen. A friendly, tree-lined neighborhood, east of I-35, 4.5 mi from downtown. The space is 230 sq ft with a kitchenette and a queen size bed. We live in the main house on the property. Our guests stay here for work and family nearby. They take ride shares to Austin events downtown like ACL & SXSW and to COTA.

Our garage apartment is nestled in the rear of our backyard with stairs leading to the unit. It's newly renovated. We are walking distance (.2 miles) to all the famous Hyde Park eateries ( Quack's, Curra's, Asti's, etc.). We live on the same property, so you will see us! No smokers please, we like to keep our residence smelling fresh and clean. We will charge you an additional fee if the apartment smells like smoke after your stay.
