Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

Self contained annexe in peaceful & rural location

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The Toolshed, a luxury Cotswold eco cottage

Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish space at the heart of the Cotswold village of Marshfield. Perfect for long country walks, 6 miles from The Georgian City of Bath and 12 from vibrant Bristol with Castle Combe & Lacock close by. A super insulated eco build, stone cottage with underfloor heating. There is a gorgeous DeVOL kitchen for those who love to cook or a hearty pub just around the corner. The Toolshed is the perfect country bolthole for couples looking to relax and slow down.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Shepherds Hut close to Stonehenge

A light and airy spacious Shepherds hut set in a beautiful English garden adjacent to a paddock. Great for a couple wanting to get away for a short break in the countryside and ideal for visiting Stonehenge 15 mins. by car, Bath 50mins. and Salisbury 25 mins. A good stop over point for cyclists on the King Alfred’s way route. The friendly village of Tilshead is located at the heart of Salisbury Plain. Excellent Italian food available at the Rose and Crown Pub 50 yards walk away.

With lots to do within walking distance including a national trust property, two pubs and a cafe in the village, we are also very close to famous and much visited towns and city’s such as Bradford on Avon (2.6 miles) and Bath (10 miles) if you fancy a day out. A great base for cycling/ walking/ exploring Wiltshire.

Fuchsia Barn is a brand new purpose built Airbnb unit, finished to a very high standard, with lots of natural materials giving it a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. It is situated 12 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Castle Combe, often voted the prettiest in the country, and featured in many films. There are wonderful woodland walks from the property, and two village pubs within walking distance

A self contained studio with own private entrance, great views overlooking the Wiltshire downs and the Cherill White Horse. A super king sized bed or 2 single beds if requested.
