Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Woodpecker Lodge has been beautifully furnished in a modern country style to reflect its rural surroundings. The Lodge has its own ensuite shower room and toilet, kitchenette, dining area, double bed, Sofa, TV, on site parking. Easy access to M4, just 2.5 miles from Junction 17. Situated in the South Cotswolds close to the historic market town of Malmesbury and picturesque villages including Lacock, Castle Combe and Badminton. Close to popular wedding venues, Kin House and Grittleton House.

Little Summer is a beautifully decorated and furnished detached annexe at the edge of the village at the end of peaceful no-through track, with a South facing balcony offering stunning views. The property has recently been converted to a high standard and has a separate fully fitted kitchen. Perfect as a country escape, wedding crash pad or base for exploring the fabulous pubs, walks and culture in the area. Countless miles of sensational footpaths can be enjoyed right from the doorstep.

Stay in a beautiful air conditioned garden room situated in our garden. Enjoy the complimentary breakfast, fresh garden and peaceful surroundings. Bishopstrow Spa 5min drive. There also 2 loungers and a hammock for guest use, which are situated in an area of the garden for guest use only.

Wake up to the divine sound of rich birdsong- this one bedroom studio is exceptionally comfortable and has a peaceful, stylish atmosphere. It is separate to the main house so you have total privacy and the whole space is yours to be enjoyed. Underfloor heating makes it gloriously warm and inviting, the linen sheets are of the finest quality, and it is in a beautiful valley which has an unusual amount of song birds and owls. It has been designed with peace and comfort in mind.

Wylye Valley Guest Cottage

The perfectly designed place for your country break, a pit stop en route to Cornwall or a place to flop for a country wedding. Relax by the wood burner or have a deep soak in the bath in winter, and enjoy the gardens and sun soaked terrace in the summer. Our thoughtfully designed interiors will make you feel welcome from the moment you park up outside. The guest house is privately located in our gated drive overlooking the gardens. A local pub in the village too!

Entire Studio -Canalside Garden Studio in Widcombe

Conveniently located studio apartment only a 5 minute walk from Bath Train Station and the city centre, and close to Bath Uni. A peaceful bijou studio space, with basic kitchenette and en-suite shower room. The double bed is very comfortable, and the space is bright and welcoming. The basic kitchen area provides a kettle, a toaster, a mini oven, a microwave and a fridge. For breakfast we provide bread and jams, milk, juice, tea and coffee.

Countryside Garden Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Wake up with stunning views of the English countryside situated just a few miles from Avebury stone circle, Marlborough, Chippenham and just a 45 minute drive to Bath. The accommodation is at the bottom of our garden, away from the house with private decking looking out to the peaceful fields. There are many beautiful walks around us as well as. Locked shed is available for bikes if needed.

A stylish self-contained annex, next to our house, in a beautiful picturesque rural Wiltshire village. The Garden Annex has a well equipped kitchen/ dinner, spacious sitting room, double bedroom, bathroom with bath and overhead shower and full use the garden. It's also Ideally situated for exploring Avebury, Stonehenge, Marlborough, Bath or for simply enjoying the beautiful country walks and local pub the village has to offer.

‘Gardener's loft’ is a short walk away from the picturesque town of Bradford-on-Avon. Set in the grounds of a stunning Georgian Manor house, the converted Gardener's Cottage dates back to the 1800's. Newly renovated the Loft is clean, bright & airy offering simple luxury in a unique location. Just a 10 min walk to the station with direct trains to Bath (10 min) for the famous Bath Christmas Markets! & Bristol (22 min).

Immaculate town centre private annexe - sleeps 2-4

The annexe is a recently renovated self-contained 1-bedroom apartment in a town centre location, ideally situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac and includes an allocated parking space. The property is completely separate from the main house with a private entrance and outside space available on the sun terrace in our private garden.
