Cottage is 660 SF, 2 bedroom. One room has a queen bed. Second bedroom is a bunk bed best suited for children. The common space has a day bed with a second pull up trundle bed. Access to the owners dock and use of Kayak and paddle board when a waiver is signed. 15 Minutes to the Ark and 1 Hour to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati. Cottage attached to owners house by an outdoor breezeway and has it's own large deck and lake access. No Dishwasher or Washer/Dryer ID verify at checkin

But if you’re seeking quiet, character, and a taste of how things used to be, with a modern twist, welcome to our 1800s-era cabin. Renovated in 2022, the cabin is comfy but you can expect creaky floors, original woodwork, and a few quirks that come with age. The cabin is authentic, and thoughtfully kept. You will have TV, wifi, central heat, air conditioning but expect to hear the water pump run and there is no dishwasher.

Located about 20 minutes from the Ark Encounter, our Gopher Wood Getaway cabin offers a rustic and picturesque place for families to stay near the Ark. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! Located right outside of Williamstown, Grammer's place is small but cozy! Our home is just 5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 35 minutes from the Creation Museum. Grammer's Place is a tiny house that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces. And just a few steps from the drive, up the ramp and on the porch.
