The Tiger Den

The Tiger Den is a one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment located between Anderson and Pendleton, South Carolina about six miles from I-85. We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

Adorable private cottage on quiet residential loop, near the Saluda River. Relax with your own fenced yard, no stairs to access, and private parking. Enjoy a long weekend escape, quiet work trip, or pop into town for an event! In the hospitality world, this is called a “layover”— a comfortable, one person spot to rest your head and a clean, hot shower. Located between 2 other Airbnbs on the same property, so you will likely see other guests coming and going, but the space is completely private.
