The private bathroom with a shower is across from the room. We treat our guests as our own. The guests have been happy and slept well in the room. Our home is not for smokers and night owls. We are 25 min of car ride from both airports. Easy public transport from JFK. 20 min subway to Wall Street.

NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).

This is a private house in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is close to the subway and about 40 minutes to midtown Manhattan once on the train. There is street parking. There is a desk for work in the bedroom, I am a native New Yorker, and have hosted people for over 15 years.
