Located on 2.5 acres with Hazelnut orchards on one side and a view across the street of vineyards. In the country, yet close enough to small towns, and 35 miles from downtown Portland. If wine tasting is on your agenda, this is the place for you!

Private entrance, clean, welcoming space, private driveway. Owners on site, are quiet and respectful, connected but separate dwelling. Baked treats, fresh eggs, organic coffee, yogurt, cereal, milk, tea and a fully stocked kitchen! Smart TV, excellent Wifi. Minutes to OSU/Downtown/Hospital. Bicycles available- wonderful park /river path nearby. Cottage not suitable for kids under 12 or pets. Located in the heart of the Willamette Valley wine country the 1100 SqFt private unit provides a unique opportunity to experience the north west. We are at the center of a hub with equal access to Hillsboro, Sherwood, Newberg and Beaverton for all of the night life and restaurants while being within a few miles of 100+ wineries. We also offer a wood fired pizza making experience (see below for details). All of this while experiencing rural Oregon. We are on 6 acres with only a few neighbors.

Enjoy a well appointed private guest suite on an operating Thoroughbred horse ranch bordering on the Cascade foothills close to both Silver Falls State Park and the Oregon Gardens. The tranquil setting affords plenty of opportunity to savor the views from your private deck. And while unsupervised schmoozing with the horses isn't allowed, if you'd like we'll be glad to introduce you to some of the herd. You can rub elbows with equine royalty - the offspring of two Kentucky Derby winners!

The "suite" has a private entrance, living room, kitchenette, bedroom with queen bed, a cozy second bedroom with double bed, a pull out couch and full bath. Every window offers amazing views of the valley. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine from the shaded patio. The suite is attached to our home on 10 acres in the Eola hills. Peaceful cottage- 2 bed/2bath

The Cottage is located at the end of Park St in a serene country setting, walkable (0.5 m) to Carlton shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, community pool, parks and more. Owner operated. The cottage has 2 master suites, a full kitchen, a large living room with cable TV, internet, books and games and a private back yard. The cottage shares a wall with our private home. There is NO washer/dryer. There is off-street parking. The cottage is ideal for couples or families staying in the area.

Sarah's Suite at Woods & Vine Farm

Property is a 35-acre farm located between Newberg and Carlton on Highway 240 in the heart of Oregon's Pinot Noir wine country. Currently, half of the farm is in hay production and the other half is densely wooded. Exceptional location at the edge of the Dundee Hills AVA in close proximity to Newberg, Dundee, and Carlton. There are more than 80 wineries and 200 vineyards in Yamhill County, representing the largest wine producing region in Oregon.

Take a day trip to the coast or relax & enjoy a bottle of wine on either of the 2 decks, or unwind by the cozy fireplace in the comfortable 2nd story guest suite with a private entrance. Our residence is located in a beautiful wooded area of south Salem with easy access to Interstate 5.
