An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

Queen bed in bedroom, 2 futons in LR opens to sleep four and a queen air mattress can be called upon to sleep two more. Children under 12 years of age stay free.
