Recently renovated, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room (with full size washer and dryer) and oversized sun room that doubles as 3rd bedroom. Enjoy the backyard with covered seating and fire pit.

All bedrms have ceiling fans & usb/power next to beds. Den-55” smart tv, WiFi, dining table, breakfast nook, sunroom, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, seating, etc.

Our home has a king size bed in the main bedroom, two bunk beds in the larger spare room, another bunk bed in the smaller guest room, and a futon in the den. There is a grill, gazebo, play set, and bar in the backyard for grilling and fun. It is within walking distance of MSU, minutes away from the movie theater and restaurants, 10 minutes from downtown, and 15 minutes from base.
