TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

Beach and hiking in the summer, ice fishing, skiing and snowshoeing in the winter: our cottage is spacious and comfortable any time of the year! All the modern comforts are here along with a wood-burning stove as a bonus! You won't be roughing it, though nature is right out the front door: beaches and fishing are mins away, trails for hiking and a cute, quiet, rural setting. Explore the local shops of Gimli, Winnipeg Beach and Matlock, just a short drive away. Or enjoy outdoor activities from fishing and boating to hiking and biking through nearby trails.

This off-grid 4 season glamping dome cabin is located on a beautiful 20 acre property at a 10 min drive from the shores of Lake Winnipeg and 5 mins away from Gull Lake. Enjoy walking on our forest trails, have a soak in our wood-fired hot tub, take our inflatable boat out for a paddle, or go explore the countless hiking trails nearby. Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

Unique vintage cabin vibe with updated amenities and ample parking to accommodate 2 trucks with 16' trailers and another vehicle with power plug in a Have a coffee while enjoying the fireplace while streaming your favourite movie on a chilly winter morning. washer and dryer available 2 bedrooms but can sleep 6 with the big comfy couch and futon. 3 season room with futon for additional sleeping in summer linens and towels included bring your food and move in.

Come and enjoy summer activities in the Village of Dunnottar with three public beaches: Bowling Green Park; Tugela Creek Park; and Milne Park where you will find the community’s iconic piers. These wooden structures, bring swimmers out to deeper waters and in the evenings are a gathering spot to watch the stars from. On Gimli Road you will find the popular artesian well. Matlock General store is a 5 minute drive away for minnows, tackle and basic groceries.
