We offer a personal touch; a homely and comfortable space, where you can cook in our modern, well equipped kitchen, then dine indoors, or venture out to the sunny, enclosed garden. Make use of the charcoal barbecue and comfy sun-trap seating area. In the evening, stay cosy around the smart TV with Netflix, and library of DVDs or listen to music, play board games and have a leisurely look through the varied books and magazines. Pear Tree Lodge has recently undergone a complete renovation. The property is self- contained from the main house with underfloor heating throughout and mid-century decor. There is a pretty garden exclusively for guests .Keys can be left out so guests can let themselves in and maintain their privacy, we will be on hand should you need anything. The property benefits from its own quiet shale driveway with off street parking. The lodge is a 15 minute walk to the beach, town and the train station.

Its central location is right at the heart of Whitstable benefiting from its own private parking space. All you have to do is turn up, everything is within walking distance. The Beach at Whitstable is dog friendly all year round and a two minute walk from our cottage. All bed linen and towels provided.

Beautifully restored 3 bedroom cottage on quaint, quiet street moments from the high street's bars, restaurants and quirky shops; and just 2 minutes from the sea! Light and airy open planned living and dining space with access to landscaped garden. Modern design with contemporary art and travel books to enjoy. We recently fitted a brand new kitchen which is fully equipped for proper cooking and dining. The house has recently been re-decorated and painted.
