Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

Tucked away in the heart of Preston village, Stanley cottage is detached and set out on one level. Preston village lies 1.1 mile inland from the beautiful Tynemouth longsands, between Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax. (Fuel not supplied) The compact layout has been sympathetically modernised to suite today's lifestyle.

The main bedroom has patio doors to another small secluded patio which borders a field with horses. A family of foxes live in the wood and are regularly seen in the field. You can relax in, or wander around our garden which has a fish pond, little man made stream and bridge. Less than a mile to a beautiful beach. Enjoy the beautiful Northumbrian coastline and castles.
