You have the entire ground floor, a two-room suite with large window views of Mt. Hood & the Columbia River. Windsurfers, kiters & sailboats zip across the river right below the hot tub & patio. Level 2 EV charging station. The bedroom has a TV & comfortable queen bed. The TV room has a gas fireplace & 46-inch TV. Our food prep area has a microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker & fridge. It does not have a sink or stove. White Salmon is 3/4 mile and Hood River is 2 miles, across the river.

15 minute drive from White Salmon, WA. Guest suite, with private entrance, includes a sleeping/living area, bathroom, kitchenette, private deck, and laundry room exclusively for guests. Dedicated guest parking space. Enjoy 20 acres of our property for hiking and mountain biking on our trails. In nearby White Salmon, WA you'll find restaurants, shopping and easy access across the bridge to Hood River, OR. No pets allowed. Most comfortable for 2 guests, 3rd guest allowed with $25 fee/night.

Little House on the Hill - Gorge Getaway Home Base

This little house started life as a woodworking shop. When we outgrew it, we made it into a guest house. It may be imperfect, but it's perfectly adorable. We have a peek of Mt. Hood from the yard and lovely territorial views. At night, you can enjoy the beauty of a Milky Way sky far from city light pollution. Come. Enjoy. Relax. Relax in our cozy Eagles Nest, have a glass of local wine or beer and enjoy the picturesque view. This house is close to local wineries, waterfalls, breathtaking hikes, Mt. biking, river rafting, paddle-boarding, kite-boarding and downtown Hood River! The house is perfect for 6 guests and a behaved pup, $35 pet fee (owners must follow pet rules)

Come enjoy this sweet little river cabin. Cozy, tastefully furnished. Lounge on the deck and listen to the river echo off the canyon wall or drive 10 minutes to world class hiking, gorge sports, vineyards, breweries, restaurants. River trails right out the door for walking, fishing, kayaking. Great spot for foraging, wildlife sitings and star gazing. Furnished kitchen, BBQ on the deck, super comfy bed. Our well is spring fed and glacial. It gets dark and quiet at night. Come reconnect.

Home within 10 minutes to burgeoning small towns of White Salmon and Hood River. Lots of walking/hiking bike trails and water sports galore.

Romantic upscale cabin in the woods

Our cozy 1 bedroom (queen bed) cabin is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape. Located on 26 acres where deer and turkey roam. Just a few minutes away from I-84 and Hood River. Please be aware that a 4WD vehicle may be required for accessing the property during the snowy season of December, January and February. Feel free to check with me, and I will give you current driving conditions! This is a very low snow year thus far, so no bad driving to report yet!
