A delightful detached one bedroom Summerhouse situated in a peaceful setting at the rear of the main house in the village of Twyford. Great location 5 minutes walk to the station, bus stops close by and a short walk into the village where there is a Waitrose and host of small shops/amenities. Easy access to all motorways. Twyford station have trains every 20-30 minutes to Reading/Oxford/London/Windsor/Bath and everywhere in between. Direct link to Heathrow Airport opening (we are told) in 2023.

Parking on a drive. Smart TV. We don't have a Kitchen but there is a Fridge, Kettle, Toaster and Tea & Coffee, and Milk & Juice are provided. We offer boat trips for an extra fee. This small private place, ideally situated close to the village with a number of restaurants , pubs & eateries. Stanlake Vineyard is a 20 minute walk (or 3 minute drive) away. Twyford station is 2 minute walk with fast access to London, Henley, Windsor, Ascot, Reading, Oxford & more. Dedicated parking space & private access to a double bedroom (standard 4’6” bed) and en-suite shower room. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed. Due to the close proximity to Twyford station there may be some noise

The Victorian Lodge (1876) is a charming & quintessentially English country cottage on a private estate once owned by King Henry 8th. It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

A lovely indendant apartment at the bottom of our garden secluded by trees . the apartment has a nice outside area with patio table and chairs . Inside there is a large open plan kitchen , dinner, lounge with a sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen with double oven , fridge freezer , dishwhaser , whashing machine microwave , toaster, kettle and much more . theres a large smart tv and wifi , dinning table . bedroom with king size bed and built-in wardrobe . bathroom with walk-in shower .

Gardeners’ Cottage (Georgian stable conversion)

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.
