Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Stunning views from the upstairs open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony for alfresco dining. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a serving hatch that looks through to the light and spacious living area, which comprises a dining room table and chairs and a seating area with a smart tv. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed to retire to. There is ample parking and being on the old A30 there is easy access to both North and South coasts.

The Annexe in the heart of beautiful Cornwall.

The Annexe has been newly built from scratch to provide a home from home for guests. The Annexe is a 5 minute walk from the local sports centre with a soft play and swimming pool and a large park with a café opposite. We are also very close to the train and bus routes to the rest of Cornwall and local attractions (such as Charlestown, The Eden project and The lost gardens of Heligan to name but a few) so guests do not necessarily need to drive to make the most of their stay.

A beautiful cottage in the historic Village of Charlestown, escape the bustle of the village and enjoy the tranquility of Neptunes Rest, tucked away behind our main house, the cottage is spacious and accommodates 2 comfortably with the option of an additional guests Romantic Hideaway Double bed/lounge area downstairs. The upstairs space has a double sofa bed which can be made up on request for an additional charge. Just a 5 minute walk to the harbour and beaches

Countryside Studio with welcome pack

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.
