Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Large two story, four bedroom, two lounge family home sitting in the dunes on a working dairy farm. Views to Putauaki, Mount Edgecumbe in the west and White and Whale Islands in the east. Amazing sunsets from the large covered decking area and a family sized, in ground pool for the hot sunny days. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth has a double bunk that sleeps three. Possible sleeping in the second lounge.

Well appointed, stylish, 2 bedroom Apartment. There are 3 balconies where you can take advantage of the morning sun or evening breeze, with great views. There are so many advantages of being here, the Port Ohope store is next door, our very popular Fishermans Wharf restaurant is within walking distance. The Ohope International Golf Course for the golfers is only minutes' drive. Great bike/walk tracks. Ohope Beach Resort is superbly sited between the beach and the ever-changing Ohiwa Harbour.

Quiet retreat with all amenites

This stand alone property has it all, separate from the main house it has a private entrance and backs on to a reserve with river walks summer and winter . The bedroom is closed off to the large lounge with polished concrete floors . The French doors open to the pool and rear pocket lawn. You will have the use of the pool ( shared in summer)and a spa The kitchenette has a Microwave, tea and plunger coffee fridge and freezer . The bathroom is of a good size and has a walk-in shower and toilet

Ohiwa Harbour Studio

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and overlooking a grassy reserve & native bush, this self contained studio features a brand new ensuite and kitchenette. Take in the beautiful view of Ohiwa Harbour and the native birdlife from the comfort of your bed or from the private deck. Make use of our kayaks and paddle board on the harbour, relax in the heated pool, or take an easy stroll over to Ohope beach for a swim. Kids, infants and pets are welcome for short stays, contact me to discuss options.

Cosy pool house offering everything you need for a fantastic holiday in Whakatāne, close to Ohope Beach. This two bedroom property has a separate shower room and well equipped living area with futon. The kitchen includes a microwave, electric hob, electric frying pan, slow cooker, sandwich maker and more. The shared BBQ, outdoor area and lovely pool provide plenty of opportunities for fun-filled family time. Want to bring your furry friend? Make arrangements with the host when you book.

Ohope Seascape

This comfortable family home is a 5 minute walk from Ohope beach and offers panoramic views of the bay. It is spacious with great indoor-outdoor flow to 2 decks. Suitable for a couple, families or larger groups. Relax on the decks, swim in the brand new 9m heated pool, play table-tennis in the playroom, or head down to the beach. There is a media room for entertainment and a modern well equipped kitchen. The quiet cul de sac and elevated location make this a private and relaxing space.

The Observatory, Semi Self-Contained Unit

We welcome you to our home, which has views of the ocean and farmland. The guest area is located on the ground floor. Only a 10 minute stroll into the township of Whakatane, and five minute drive to Ohope Beach, voted one of the safest surf beaches in NZ. The entrance to the famous Nga Tapuwai O Toi walking track is only 2 minutes from our home. If you are into astronomy, the Whakatane Observatory is steps away from our property, open to the public Tuesday and Friday evenings.
