The rental also comes with one off-street FREE parking space within 300 feet of our property. Our personal fav is the bright white seasonal sunroom with windows throughout attached to a walkout private deck with views of Newport Harbor. Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Lovely 1st floor apartment adjacent to our main residence. This one bedroom apartment features a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and bathroom. Also available is a full size pull out sofa. Enjoy views of the garden. Great location! 2 min walk to Starbucks/Shaw’s grocery/CVS. 15 minute walk to Barrington Beach. Hop on the East Bay Bike path and ride into Providence or down to Bristol. Only 15 minute drive to downtown Providence and 40 min to Newport. On site parking for 1 car.

Historic Italianate house garden apartment two steps below street level, in the heart of historic waterfront village. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, this is an artists house and reflects an artists touch. Right on the Bicycle Path and hosts own nearby Warren CiderWorks with tastings Thursdays-Sundays and food truck Taco Box right next door. Beach a few blocks away , Ocean beaches as close as 40 minutes. Bicycle rentals available in nearby Bristol.

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.
