With a wood burning stove, small garden with panoramic views and easy walks from the door it is an ideal place to switch off and relax with a good book and fresh air. The Dairy has sliding doors which make the whole space open plan. The high ceilings in the kitchen offers space and a unique airy feel. The porch has a variety of plants to enjoy as a interesting and unique place to sit and enjoy a book and overlook the garden. The whole house has wheelchair access. Sonos is throughout the accommodation and a tv in livingroom, kitchen and bedroom. L.E.D lights in the bathroom gives a feeling of looking at the stars in the bath...also we have a private hot tub

'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Although small, The Howff is warm and cosy and makes a perfect retreat. Please note for ONE only.

A twenty minute drive takes you into the Angus glens which boast some of the best walking and climbing destinations in Scotland. Dundee is half-an-hour's drive south and Aberdeen an hour's drive northwards.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property has recently been refurbished and is light, bright and welcoming.Accessed by two steps,internally the house is all on one level, with a deck leading out from the living room to the front, which faces west giving views of wonderful skies and sunsets. Guests are welcome to use any of the herbs growing in the enclosed rear garden. Although bordered by a road at the rear, any slight noise from the light traffic is muffled by a fence and trees.

Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.
