This is entire third floor (NOT entire place) of GT townhouse with bedroom, living room and bathroom. You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village with walking distance to GU, shopping and restaurants

Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung am Stadtrand von Graz gelegen. Durch eine gute Anbindung ist man schnell in der Stadt, aber wohnt trotzdem komplett im Grünen mit Garten und Naturteich. Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie der Schlossberg oder das Grazer Wahrzeichen der Uhrturm liegen in kurzer Entfernung und sind gut mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. We are at Salem Willows - family-friendly activities, the ferry, trolley, train, downtown, and nightlife are all close by. Seadrift is perfect for couples traveling together as it has two bedrooms, both with King beds, a large living room, and bathroom. You have a private entrance and it is located on the second floor. You can walk to four beaches within minutes, one is right outside your door. Salem has many historic landmarks and wonderful restaurants very close by. Come visit!!
