The Swan - quiet countryside studio

In a quiet valley surrounded by fields, bordered by native woodland trees yet within easy reach of beaches and restaurants, The Swan is a former Ale House used by miners in the 1850s. It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.

This is the self contained annex to my home, but very private and quiet. Full kitchen. Double bed, washer and dryer. Garden with seating. Table for working with good wi fi. Books and boardgames. You can also easily access the north of the country. No smokers or smoking please. We are on the edge of the village which has a good shop.
