This is a paradise in the city - a cozy getaway when you need to relax; just 5-10 minutes walking from the best West Seattle has to offer along with easy access to parks, beaches, and restaurants, venues, and tourism downtown. You will have your own private: entrance, patio, two-person sauna, room (bed, TV, and work desk), bathroom with heated floors, and small kitchenette. *Note - this is the private 1st floor of our home, completely separated by floors and doors.

Vibrant studio guest house. Every comfort was thought of as this studio was designed (and used primarily for) visiting family. This studio offers 2 queen beds (one in a bedroom that can be sectioned off with a curtain and one as a pull out sofa in the media area), a gorgeous bath with a separate sink/vanity space, a pull down desk work space and a full kitchen with an eat- in bar that seats 3. The airport and downtown Seattle are within a quick 20 min drive. This is the perfect location if you are taking the Fauntleroy Ferry through the puget sound.

15 minute drive to downtown Seattle. 25 minutes from SeaTac Airport. The newly renovated cottage is an absolute delight and I'm so excited to offer it as a short term rental. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood minutes walk from Morgan Junction (restaurants, coffee shops, grocery shopping), Lincoln Park (trails, green spaces galore, and a water front path), and Lowman Beach. The cottage offers peek a boo views of the Sound to enjoy with your morning coffee.
