Large picture windows for gazing at the bayou let in lots of natural light. Fully handicap accessible! Not suitable for children. Cleanliness and hospitality are our specialties! No pets!! 5🌟

The Cove… New Construction & centrally located!

This New Construction Craftsman home is centrally located in the heart of West Monroe. Home features 2 bedrooms 2 baths with 1 car garage & dedicated workspace. Home sleeps 6 & comes totally furnished with no detail spared and features a cozy patio overlooking a small pond. This home is just minutes from local Hospitals, Ike Hamilton Expo Center, Convention Centers, West Monroe City Sports Complex, Surge Entertainment, Restaurants, Shopping & easy access to interstate, airport, & so much more!

The Butler House

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A half mile to the interstate via Well Rd. Ike Hamilton Expo Center, Restaurants and new WM sports complex less than 2 miles away! I have a 12x40 unit behind the house with 2 hotel type rooms available for renting as well. NO TRAILERS (no available parking for trailers) These guests have their own space and do not have access to the house. The driveway is shared. Parking for the house is directly in front of house.

The Holliday House- A cheerful 2 bedroom house.

Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Enjoy a 2 bedroom/1 bath duplex near everything Monroe has to offer. Front door parking and your fur baby is more than welcomed! Small fenced patio with a larger yard outside of the patio. You will find that the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you’d need for cooking meals. High speed internet. 3.1 miles to ULM, 1.4 miles to Forsythe Park, 5.8 miles to airport, 16miles to Sterlington Sports Complex.

The Coleman House

We have easy access to and from the Interstate, allowing those passing through to have a convenient layover. The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.

Our home can sleep up to 10 guests and is close to all area attractions but quietly situated with a peaceful front seat view of the Ouachita River. Its comfortable and roomy with covered parking. Go for a jog on the river bank, stroll the walking park just down the road, watch the boats go by!
