Ένα όμορφο, ζεστό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο στούντιο είναι έτοιμο για εσάς. Σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, στην περιοχή Ηπειρώτικα, 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης. Στα 100 μέτρα θα βρείτε τον περίφημο φούρνο «Σιδέρης» καθώς και ένα σούπερ μάρκετ. Η στάση του λεωφορείου απέχει μόλις 200 μέτρα. Υπάρχουν πολλές θέσεις στάθμευσης στη γειτονιά.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.
